How does it work?

  1. In the quote we will offer you two alternatives: “Installation services” or “Install it yourself”.
  2. If you choose “installation service” the technician will previously validate the conditions of the store. Then, the logistics team contacts the warehouse to define the day to carry out the installation.
  3. If you choose the option “Install it yourself” we will train you remotely or personally (in the city of Bogotá) and on the day of installation we will be able to resolve all your concerns.
  4. Once the equipment is installed, the equipment will perform the counts and send the data to the platform.

What information will you receive from a people counter?

  • Counts per hour, day, week and month.
  • Graphs and interactive tables through the username and password of the SensorTES platform.
  • Daily file with the reports of the previous day through Excel file. You can enable up to 5 emails to receive this information.
